Our Story and Heritage

Wee Hur’s story began in Singapore in 1980, when four siblings – Mr Goh Yeow Lian, Mr Goh Yeo Hwa, Mr Goh Yew Tee and Mr Goh Yeu Toh – and two in-laws, Mr Sua Nam Heng and Mr Cheng Kiang Huat, founded a construction business built on hard work, prudence and trust. From residential and industrial developments to commercial and institutional buildings, Wee Hur established a strong track record in Singapore’s built environment.

Following its listing on the SGX Mainboard in 2008, Wee Hur ventured into property development in 2009 before expanding into specialised accommodation. Recognising structural demand, the Group developed large-scale workers’ accommodation in Singapore and entered Australia’s purpose-built student accommodation market ahead of growing institutional interest.

Today, Wee Hur has evolved into an integrated real estate and investment platform spanning Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong. Guided by the same entrepreneurial spirit and disciplined approach, the Group continues to build capabilities, pursue new opportunities and create long-term value.
