Wee Hur’s PBSA journey in Australia includes the development of seven assets comprising 5,662 beds across five Australian cities under its first PBSA fund. The portfolio was divested in 2025 for a gross consideration of A$1.6 billion, marking a significant milestone in the Group’s PBSA journey.
