Our Approach

From land acquisition to staged monetisation

Wee Hur’s residential land development strategy spans the development lifecycle, from site identification and acquisition through planning approvals, infrastructure delivery and the staged sale of residential lots.

We retain flexibility in how we realise value from each project as it progresses. Depending on market conditions, Wee Hur may sell the land after securing Development Approval, partially sell down its interest to an established developer or homebuilder while retaining exposure to the project, or complete the development and sell the residential lots progressively.

We work with experienced Australian developers, homebuilders and consultants to complement Wee Hur’s investment and development capabilities with local market expertise.
