Wee Hur delivered resilient growth in 1H2026, with revenue increasing 4.9% year-on-year to S$163.6m, and net profit attributable to shareholders rising 17.1% to S$45.3m. Excluding the one-off performance fee recognised from the divestment of PBSA Fund I in 1H2025, revenue grew 39.1%, driven by stronger contributions from construction and workers’ accommodation.
The Group continues to strengthen its recurring income base and growth pipeline, supported by the ramp-up of Pioneer Lodge, expansion of its regional purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) platform, and upcoming hospitality and education assets. Together with its development pipeline in Singapore, Australia, and Hong Kong, these provide multiple sources of earnings and long-term growth.
