Sustainability Financing Framework
Aligning financing with sustainable long-term value creation
Wee Hur Holdings Ltd has established a Sustainability Financing Framework to support the financing and refinancing of eligible green and social projects across the Group’s businesses in Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong.
The Framework provides a structured approach to integrating environmental and social considerations into financing activities, supporting Wee Hur’s commitment to responsible development, sustainable operations and long-term value creation.
About the Framework
The Sustainability Financing Framework sets out the principles and criteria under which Wee Hur may undertake green, social and sustainability financing transactions, including bonds and loans, to finance or refinance eligible projects.
The Framework has been developed in alignment with internationally recognised sustainable finance principles, including:
- ICMA Green Bond Principles 2025
- ICMA Social Bond Principles 2025
- ICMA Sustainability Bond Guidelines 2021
- LMA, LSTA and APLMA Green Loan Principles 2025
- LMA, LSTA and APLMA Social Loan Principles 2025
It establishes guidelines across four key areas: use of proceeds, project evaluation and selection, management of proceeds, and reporting and transparency.

Sustainable Fitch assessed the Framework’s overall alignment as Good, with Excellent assessments for Project Evaluation and Selection, and Reporting and Transparency.
The independent assessment provides investors and financing partners with additional transparency regarding the Framework’s governance, eligibility criteria and reporting commitments.
Governance and Reporting
