The Board brings together experience across real estate, construction, financial services, legal, business and corporate governance.

Board Independence and Diversity
The Board is committed to maintaining an appropriate balance of independence, experience and perspectives. The Nominating Committee assesses Director independence annually, while Wee Hur’s Board Diversity Policy supports a balanced mix of skills, knowledge, experience and perspectives aligned with the Group’s business needs.
Board Committees
The Board is supported by three committees, each operating within defined terms of reference to provide focused oversight in key areas of governance.

Remuneration Committee

Risk Management & Internal Controls
The Board, supported by the Audit Committee, oversees Wee Hur’s risk management and internal control framework to safeguard shareholders’ interests and the Group’s assets. The Group adopts a structured approach to identifying, assessing, managing and monitoring risks across its businesses.
Wee Hur’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework integrates risk considerations into strategic decision-making and day-to-day operations. Management regularly reviews the Group’s businesses and operating environment to identify emerging risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures, supporting disciplined decision-making and sustainable long-term growth.
