The Upper Thomson Road (Parcel A) site represents Wee Hur’s next major residential development in Singapore. Located adjacent to Springleaf MRT station, the project will comprise 596 residential units, together with commercial space and other amenities.
Wee Hur is involved across multiple parts of the project, including development management and construction. Sales are targeted to commence in 1H2027, with completion expected in 1H2031.
