Wycombe Abbey International School Singapore marks Wee Hur’s first investment in the education sector. Located along Hougang Avenue 3, the premium K–12 co-educational day school is being developed in partnership with Wycombe Abbey and BE Education, bringing the Wycombe Abbey educational offering to Singapore.
Designed for up to 1,800 students, the campus will feature purpose-built academic, sports and performing arts facilities. Construction commenced in January 2026, with the school targeted to open in September 2028.
Combining sector expertise with Wee Hur’s capabilities
The investment brings together complementary capabilities: Wee Hur provides real estate development, construction and capital expertise; Wycombe Abbey contributes its educational heritage and academic model; and BE Education brings specialist education and student recruitment capabilities.
Wee Hur Construction is also the main contractor for the development, demonstrating the Group’s ability to apply capabilities across its integrated real estate value chain.
